Market Expansion

Introduction
The expansion programme focuses on the control and quality maintenance of the agricultural produce throughout the marketing chain whereby it will further increase the value and competitiveness of the national agricultural produce. Apart from that, as provided under sections 3 and 12 of Act 141, FAMA provides the exposure and enforcement of the 3P Rule Penggredan (Grading), Pembungkusan (Packaging) and Pelabelan (Labeling) for each commodity towards increasing the agricultural production value.

    Encompassing treatment, grading, packaging and storage in order to maintain quality for the produce to be marketed at a better price and wider market reach including exports.

    Encompassing various marketing fields including the market potential and international trade regulations.

    Guidance begins from business start-up planning all the way to project performance evaluation.
  • Motivation and Entrepreneurship
    The programme is structured to increase motivation and level of entrepreneurship in order for the farmers and agro-entrepreneurs to continue competing and treat agriculture as a significant business field in contributing to the national economy
