DIVISION FUNCTIONS

There are 4 departments in the Human Resource Management Division with their own functions, namely: -

Organisational and Programme Development Department

  • Organisational and Programme Development Department
  • Plan and implement organisational restructuring every 5 years
  • Plan staffing and human resource requirements
  • Perform staffing inspections and job requirements analysis according to placement
  • Implement staffing strengthening
  • Administer the role of AKRAB and the welfare of officers
  • Manage Mentor and Mentee programmes
  • Manage the preparation of succession plans
  • Leading the Excellence Service Award Ceremony and the Last Time Punch Out  Ceremony
  • Implement Exit Policy procedures and actions
  • Administer, coordinate, update and monitor the Human Resource Information Management System (HRMiS)
  • Assist in channelling information to FAMA Alumni
  • Manage the preparation of Annual Performance Evaluation Reports (LNPT) and Annual Work Targets (SKT)

Service and Administration Department

  • Administer human resource service matters
  • Manage applications to go overseas
  • Manage applications to go overseas
  • Manage File Room
  • Record and transfer the Service Book into the Docuflow system for storage
  • Manage lending, extension and termination of lending to Subsidiaries, Departments/Agencies & the Private Sector
  • Manage registration, extension and closing of Personal Files
  • Manage incoming and outgoing personal mail and files

Promotion and Emoluments Department

  • Manage promotion programmes
  • Manage acting of posts & promotions
  • Manage the granting of Annual Salary Movement (PGT)
  • Manage the Human Resource Development Panel Meeting (PPSM)
  • Manage the provision of emoluments and Annual Salary Increments through the Salary Management System
  • Provide information and analysis of human resources

Appointment and Retirement Department

  • Manage termination procedures such as resignation, termination of service and dismissal related to disciplinary punishment.
  • Manage mandatory and optional retirement
  • Manage the appointment and placement of officers and staff on permanent, contract and project terms
  • Assist in channelling information to FAMA Alumni
  • Manage the Affairs of retired officers
