BACKGROUND

The Human Resource Management Division (HRMD) is responsible for matters related to organisational structure and personnel, service, staff training and examinations as well as matters related to the performance and career advancement of officers. The departments under this division are:

• Organisational and Programme Development Department
• Service and Administration Department
• Promotion and Emoluments Department
• Appointment and Retirement Department

As of 1 September 2020, the number of posts in the Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (FAMA) stood at 2315 officers and staff of various grades.
