CLIENT’S CHARTER

We promise to fulfil the trust of the government in managing the accounting and finance of the country based on the relevant laws and regulations in a professional and customer-friendly manner.

We promise to provide services:

• Execute the payment process within 14 working days after the documentation has been completed.
• Manage bulk payments within 14 working days from the date of receiving File AP504.
• Manage the payment of monthly salaries of FAMA staff on the set date.
• Ensure receipts are accounted for in accordance with AP78.
• Monitor accounting activities and adjustments following imprest, adjustment deposits, loans/personal advances, sending certificates verifying balances, reimbursement of revenue and other responsibilities are implemented properly.
• Monitor asset and inventory acquisition accounting activities along with journal voucher adjustments.
• Prepare Financial Statements of the Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (FAMA) every month.
• Provide accounting advisory services to the Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (FAMA) within 7 days from the date the application is received.
• Prepare/coordinate and submit audit report feedback within 30 days from the date of audit inquiry or according to the date set by the audit.
